    We’ll help set the foundation for your planning process and remain available as a resource while you lead the planning and design. When your wedding month arrives, we step in to ensure everything runs smoothly and as planned.

    Once booked, you’ll receive a curated list of vendor recommendations tailored to your preferences and budget, along with access to our broader network of trusted vendors in the area. You’ll also have access to our online planning dashboard with helpful tools including a checklist, budget, timeline, and vendor contacts. During the week of your wedding, we act as the primary point of contact for all vendors so you can fully enjoy the day you planned.

    • Once you’ve book we’ll set up a meeting to get you started. You tell us your vision, and we’ll make personalized recommendations to point you in the right direction

    8-12 Months Before the Wedding

    • You’ll be introduced to your coordinator

    While You’re Planning

    • We’ll set up 3 more meetings to check in throughout the planning process. We’ll create your timeline, layouts, and make sure you aren’t missing anything.

    1 Month Before

    • We’ll schedule a finalization meeting to ensure every detail of the day is covered. After this meeting we will begin contacting all of your vendors for introductions and confirmations.

    1-2 Weeks Out

    • You’ve finalized all the details, now it’s time to walk through the venue, review the timeline, and make sure no questions are left unanswered!

    Ceremony Rehearsal

    • ‍ ‍Your coordinator will be there to run the ceremony rehearsal, ensuring all family and bridal party members know what to do and where to be.

    Additional Staffing

    • Pricing varies

    • With weddings over 200 guests, or weddings that require services typically provided by another vendor, additional staffing is often needed to help with set up, event management, and break down. Our team will evaluate the scale of your event and the necessary staffing required to execute a seamless celebration, and communicate with you prior to the wedding date the need and additional pricing.
